Acceptable Weight Variation
Justmeats will do our best to cut & prepare our products to the same weights as specified online, however in some instances because we prepare orders individually, the weight may be slightly over or slightly under. As it is impractical to process refunds or charge more at this stage, we will ensure that the variation never exceeds more or less than 10% of any item specified.
Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with the quality of produce received for any reason, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Justmeats will deal with your complaint immediately. Please note that we are unable to accept returned meat packs / goods due to their perishable nature.
Delivery Arrangements
All orders will be delivered by one of our own delivery vehicles or our chosen specialist delivery service. Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to accept your meat pack. If no one is available to accept the meat pack the driver will not return the package back to us but will leave it at your premises unsigned for. You can of course leave instructions for our delivery drivers when placing the order, if you want it left in a garden shed or back of the house for example. However please remember that all of our packages contain perishable goods.
Delivery failure
In the event of your order failing to arrive when expected, please contact us by telephone or email within 24 hours of the expected delivery time, quoting your order reference number.
Cancellation
We regret that due to the very short timescale between placing your order & processing it for delivery, you cannot cancel your order once it has been placed.
